The UAE is a growing regional centre for arbitration services and is an increasingly attractive option after the UAE became a signatory to the the New York Convention on Arbitral Awards 1958. Our firm has an active docket of arbitration disputes in both the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC). We represent clients on a range of matters including commercial, real estate and contracting disputes. We have also been involved in disputes under the ICC Rules of Arbitration.
