We have experience representing clients before UAE courts in matters related to each of our practices. Our two principal litigation lawyers, Samir Kanaan has prepared court briefs for submission in the UAE courts for over 30 years, and continue to be active in this regard. Whilst Samir Kanaan has the right of full audience the Dubai courts and DIFC courts, our firm has on staff, and work with litigators throughout the United Arab Emirates. Our firm has a particularly strong presence in the Dubai courts where we attend hearings on an almost daily basis whilst courts are in session.
