Hoda Bazzi is a legal consultant and a member of Kanaan Advocates and Legal Consultants’ litigation team in Dubai. She joined the firm in May 2016, and registered as a legal consultant at the Legal Affairs department of the Government of Dubai in October 2016. Over this short period of time, she closed more than 20 cases in front of the UAE federal courts.
Hoda practices criminal law and handles all procedures with police and public prosecutions. She has also worked extensively in matters involving civil, commercial, real estate, rental and labor disputes.
A dedicated, organized and diligent professional, Hoda excels at conducting in-depth background research, preparing extremely thorough court memoranda, notices and settlement agreements. Adept at creating trustworthy relationships with the firm’s clients, she provides legal advice on a broad range of issues, from tenancy disputes to family matters.
Hoda graduated from the Lebanese University Faculty of Law in Beirut, and has been an appeal lawyer member of the Lebanese Bar Association since 2004.
She is bilingual in Arabic and English.
