Dear Sharoon and Anneliese,

Today we received confirmation from the court that it has attached the license of Nakheel PJSC. We also received confirmation that Nakheel has started the process of changing the manager. The incoming manager is expected to be Khalid Murshid Mohammed Ahmad Al Shehhi. We are checking as to when the new manager name will be updated accordingly.
